1. Lose Fat Instead Of Muscle.

Muscle weighs more than fat, but the last thing you want to lose is muscle! If you do not exercise regularly, then your body will begin to burn muscle and build up more and more fats. With more fat build up … you will become sluggish and a couch potato. Start exercising right now and today! Go to the gym starting now!

2. Patterns are good.

Once you've found the workout that you love and enjoy, do your best to stick with it. Exercise no less than 3 times a week for 40 – 60 minutes each time – but also do not overdo it because it's unhealthy to over exercise. Yes, over exercising is dangerous and can cause cancel and early death.

3. Control the snacks!

It is alright to have a little snack through the day a couple of times but be sure to control it. Do not overeat all at once – I was there and I know how hard it is to resist the temptation to overeat. Reward yourself with snack when you achieve something.

4. You need more Omega 3 Acid.

People nowdays are consuming more and more Omega-6 acid – which is a form of oil. Omega 6 are found in vegetables, peanuts, and way too much foods. The reason why it is not good to consume too much Omega 6 is because it causes health problems like heart and brain problem.

You need to get more Omega 3 acid in your diet and they can be found in fish. However I do not recommend you eat fish … but take cod liver oil, which can be found at your local health store.

5. Are you bore?

Eating the same foods over and over again is a very good way to get bore and lose track of your diet. Try changing the way you eat those foods by adding some and taking some away each day. As long as you do not get beer eating those foods – which is a major problem for many people.
